Company Compliance & DPIIT Registration

A focused founder programme on company incorporation, essential compliance and the DPIIT startup-recognition pathway.

VERIFIED EVENT RECORD

What happened and what followed

MIEra Foundation conducted a programme on Company Compliance and DPIIT Registration on 2 October to support founders and entrepreneurs in understanding important regulatory and registration requirements associated with building and operating a startup.
The session was designed as an interactive, founder-focused engagement. During the programme, founders had the opportunity to present and discuss their business ideas directly with incubation professionals, receive guidance on relevant compliance requirements, and understand the support available through the incubation ecosystem.
A key feature of the programme was the face-to-face interaction between the founders and incubation professionals. The founders shared their ideas and discussed their business-related requirements directly with Mrs. Ankita Rai and Mr. Prashant Pratap Singh.
The interaction enabled the facilitators to better understand the founders' ideas and provide practical guidance and support from an incubation perspective. The 2 October programme provided a focused platform for founders to understand company compliance and DPIIT registration while engaging directly with experienced incubation professionals. The interaction helped founders gain clarity on regulatory considerations, discuss their business ideas, and identify opportunities for continued mentoring and incubation support.
MIE Era Foundation will continue to facilitate such founder-centric programmes and support entrepreneurs in strengthening their ventures through appropriate guidance, mentoring, and incubation linkages.
