Apply free, complete a mandatory online or offline pitch/assessment, and enter committee review. Up to 10 suitable startups may be selected. Selected pricing: Private Limited or LLP incorporation ₹6,999 + GST; standard DPIIT professional assistance ₹0; deep-tech DPIIT assistance ₹2,500 + GST. Regular pricing: Private Limited or LLP ₹8,999 + GST; standard DPIIT assistance ₹2,499 + GST; deep-tech DPIIT assistance ₹5,000 + GST. New selected startups pay ₹1,000 + applicable GST once for lifetime ecosystem association. Statutory and third-party costs remain separate. Recognition or approval is never guaranteed.

Participant information

Certificate

Selection, agreement, milestone and handover records are issued as applicable. No DPIIT recognition, grant, tax benefit, loan, investment or government approval is guaranteed.

Conditional opportunity

Up to 10 suitable startups may be selected. Selection is not automatic. New selected startups pay a one-time ₹1,000 ecosystem-association fee plus applicable GST; this is not an annual renewal and does not include unlimited services or physical space.

Format clarification

Application is free. ₹0 applies only to the selected standard-DPIIT professional-assistance fee. DSC, MCA/statutory fees, stamp duty, address services, certification, post-incorporation work and third-party expenses remain separate unless expressly included in writing. The 15-working-day delivery clock starts only after all required inputs are complete and the accepted assignment is ready to begin. Monday to Saturday count as working days; Sunday is excluded.
